Paid for accepted work. Paid more for harder work.
How pay works
You are paid for each piece of work that is accepted — a case written, an answer given, a review, an adjudication. Work rejected after review is not paid, and the reason is always explained.
Rates
| Task | How it is paid |
|---|---|
| Solving a case | Per accepted answer |
| Writing a case | Per accepted, certified case |
| Reviewing an answer | Per accepted review |
| Adjudicating a disputed case | Per adjudication, at the senior rate |
We do not publish amounts. Your rate card for each mission is shared in writing once you pass qualification and before you accept any task.

- Difficulty — hard cases pay more than standard ones.
- Specialist format — cases requiring SAP or other ERP knowledge pay more.
- Urgency — some missions offer a premium for fast turnaround.
