AI capability assessment
A structured test of how well your AI performs real professional work in one Indian domain, delivered as findings you can act on. Every engagement starts here. It is scoped, priced and delivered as a defined piece of work, with a fixed timeline and an agreed list of deliverables.

What gets tested
Not a sample of easy questions — a structured set across the full topic map of the domain, built to find where your system actually fails. For GST, a typical assessment covers:
- Input tax credit eligibility and blocked credits, including the exceptions
- Reverse charge
- Place of supply for goods and services
- Time limits and conditions for claiming credit
- Credit reversals
- Tax rates and classification after recent changes
- The expected accounting entry in your ERP (for SAP and other finance agents)
Cases are graded by difficulty — easy, medium, hard and genuinely ambiguous — so you learn not only what the system got wrong, but how hard a case had to be before it broke.
How answers are marked
Every answer is compared with a certified answer, established in advance by verified professionals and tied to the law. Each result is classified:
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Correct | Right answer, right reasoning |
| Correct, weak basis | Right answer, but wrong or missing legal basis |
| Wrong | Wrong answer, clearly hedged or flagged by the AI |
| Confidently wrong | Wrong answer stated with confidence — the most dangerous kind |
| Ambiguous case | Professionals legitimately differ; reported separately, never scored as a failure |
Every wrong answer carries a written reason, the correct answer, the governing section or rule, and a severity: high (money or penalty impact), medium (wrong entry, right tax), or low (citation or format).
What you receive
- A performance picture across the topic map
- Failures grouped into recurring patterns, not a list of one-offs
- Every failed case with its correct answer and the rule it turned on — yours to keep
- An executive summary for decision-makers
- A walkthrough call with the domain lead
The shared test pool and its full answer key stay licensed to us, so the test stays fair and useful next quarter. What you receive.
The assessment also leaves a versioned evidence record: which system was tested, against which benchmark version, when, with what result and on what basis. It is written so an auditor, risk committee or buyer can read it without us. Evidence your AI was tested.
Scope and size
One domain per assessment, starting with the one where a failure would cost you most. GST and indirect tax is live; payroll and company law are active. A first assessment is deliberately contained — typically 300–500 cases over four to six weeks — so you can judge the quality of the work before committing to more.
What it is not
It is not a certification, audit or approval of your AI. We certify our answers; we do not certify your system. It does not fix your system — it tells you precisely what to fix. What we do not do.
